Masala Chicken Tinga

This masala chicken tinga is a mouthwatering, spicy dish that you’ll want to eat all of in one sitting. The best way I can describe it would be like an appetizer for your taste buds!

It will make them thank us later when they’re still talking about how good this was two weeks after we bring out the leftovers from dinner tonight (I hope).

It starts with some sesame oil heating up over medium-high heat on our stovetop grill pan – once hot enough put down three pieces of tortillas then top each pile off by sprinkling cilantro leaves onto their surface then covering those fresh greens evenly across both sides plus right behind where it been placed against.
